		<description>What a great idea... and yeah, really like the homepage, "rent out a space" / "find a space" ... this is exactly what we need on or homepage. The simplicity is great and explains the point of the site without stacks of text.. no need to make it complicated when the idea is not!

Looks like our logo is &lt;a href="http://www.flamingdesks.com/blog/2008/08/29/no-more-3d-specs/" rel="nofollow"&gt;almost complete&lt;/a&gt; now so be good to get cracking with the look and feel of our site.</description>

		<description>I like the local amenities stuff - I wonder where they get the data.  Would be sweet to do the same thing.  Similarly when I put in my postcode it suggests stations nearby that I might be looking for parking near, complete with Tube and DLR icons.  This is really nice and seems to work for US addresses too. </description>
